Nameserver Delegation (using the 1st Easy DNS servers)

If you have registered a domain name yourself, you may wish to use our nameservers for DNS resolution of that domain. This process is called DNS delegation.

To delegate DNS resolution to our nameservers, you need to edit the nameserver entries in the domain registry records at your registrar. Depending on which registrar you used for the registration, you may be able to make the changes through a web-based administrative interface. Some registrars may require you to email or fax them to change the nameserver entries.

Once you have found out how to get these records changed, you need to update the nameservers to the following:

Primary nameserver: DNS1.1STEASY.NET (212.84.65.215)
Secondary nameserver: DNS2.1STEASY.NET (83.166.171.117)
Tertiary nameserver: DNS3.1STEASY.NET (212.84.76.215)

Once this change has been made, submit a ticket to our DNS department (or send an email to dns@1steasy.com) so that we can create valid records in our nameservers.

Your ticket must include the following information:
- The domain name in question
- The IP address to point this domain at (if known)
- Any extra A records that are required other than www.domain, mail.domain or ftp.domain.

Your registrar may or may not require you to enter the IP addresses of the nameservers, if this is the case, please use the appropriate IP addresses listed in the brackets above.
